TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) is designed to help people who suffer
most from depression to start feeling better again.
Million Treatments Administered
Patients see Improvement
Patients see Full Remission
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation uses strong, magnetic pulses distributed through a coil to regulate the neural activity of brain structures associated with depression.
No Systemic Side Effects
While you may feel slight pressure on top of your head, most patients adapt to the sensation after a couple of sessions.
Medication Free
Rest assured, you do not have to start a new medication regimen throughout TMS.
21 Day Difference
An analysis of 1,753 patients showed that the average patient achieved a sustained response after just 16 treatments.
About 82% of patients who complete a full course of TMS show a clinically meaningful response and about 65% experience a full remission, meaning their symptoms go away completely.
Sessions are about 20 minutes and you can drive to and from your appointments. The full course covered by insurance usually takes about 6-8 weeks to complete.
All major payers cover TMS treatment for Depression. If you've tried multiple antidepressants and therapy, there's a good chance your insurance covers it.

Relax during treatment. After each session, you'll be able to resume your daily routine immediately.
I have had all great experiences here.
While I’m certainly not happy to need treatment for depression, this is certainly helping to make the best of the situation. I also feel validated and genuinely cared for by everyone who works there
I went through 6 Psychiatrists before Dr. Stoddard. One of them fired me for being too bad of a case and another told me I was never going to get better. Dr. Stoddard reassured me he was going to get me better and he would not quit on me....He saved my life!!!
My daughter is yet to enter this practice and involvement with it has been by me as her authorized parent. I have received exceptional response from staff to date even not formally registered as active patient.

Dr. Frederick Stoddard specializes in treatment resistant depression, mindfulness based treatments for anxiety/PTSD, and addiction. He utilizes a combination of intensive psychotherapy and focused medication management when appropriate. In more difficult to manage cases, Dr. Stoddard is experienced in using aggressive medication management with TCAs, MAOIs, and S-Ketamine. Therapy is a critical component of his management combining elements of psychoanalysis and CBT techniques.
